Great experience with Remodel USA from the start. Detailed explanation on the process. When the crew arrived they covered everything from the stairs and hallway to the bathroom sink to protect from damage. They finished the demo and install in just under 2 days. It looks really nice in there now and glad to have a working shower!
This Company was Awesome. Tim the Salesman was Great. He took the time explaining everything. He sold me the Kohler Lux Stone walk in shower. May 2022. They installed it in June of 2022. Husband and Wife Team also other workers. Took about an hour to demo the tub and tile. The finished shower looks Amazing. In the future if I do another project I would call them. They cleaned up everything. I was amazed. I have put some before during and after pictures. They installed new plumbing. I am Very Pleased with the end results.
Eric Miller has been so great to work with. He went above and beyond to help us and accommodate all our needs for our new shower! We consider him a friend now Henry and Oscar that work under Caesar are by far the most professional, courteous people. Henry communicated throughout the entire process to make sure Everything was done to my specifications. They did precise and excellent work. They made sure to clean up all areas they used to get to the bathroom as well as cleaning up all their trash boxes etc. Super nice guys! I HIGHLY Recommend them for any job Thank you Kristen Schmidt
A wonderful, professional job from sales appointment to installation. The installation team worked like a well-oiled machine, took no breaks, and finished in one day! They covered all the floors to protect, and cleaned and vacuumed at the end. It’s now been about a month since I had my beautiful walk-in shower installed, and I’ve had no problems or concerns. I highly recommend Remodel USA as an excellent, reliable company to do business with.
The team at Remodel USA did a top notch making my wife's bathroom remodel dream a reality, no this isn't some fake review either. if a guy named Henry shows up, you better believe you are going to get top quality work and the best customer service and nothing less. Henry and his crew members were pros in every way from work ethics to cleanliness. He made sure he kept me updated on the progress and answered all my questions 100%. They relocated the shower and installed a custom sink and made it look easy. I appreciate the work he did and when I have future work I'm calling remodel USA and requesting Henry.
Remodel USA completed our Luxstone shower project in a few days. It's beautiful, very functional and exactly as promised. The entire process was pleasant and easy. We love it and recommend it to anyone who needs a new shower. The bathroom is small, so it was hard to get full pictures before and after, but you should be able to get an idea from these.
Our experience with Remodel USA was excellent from the initial contact of their sales representative, Stephen Wenger to the installation crew. Everyone with Remodel USA was polite and professional. We are very pleased with the final product and look forward to many years of enjoyment in our new shower. Mr. Wenger followed up after the installation to make sure we were pleased and provided a Customer Care Contact in case we experienced any unforeseen problems down the road. Overall, the experience was great and we highly recommend their services for anyone else looking to update their bathroom.
Everyone we dealt with was great to work with. The salesperson was not pushy. She went over every detail with us. The installers were great. They kept everything neat and clean throughout the entire process. We love our new shower.
John was great during the consultation of our shower and what we wanted to do with our shower. He was great with our kids especially our 3 year old son and being patient with him. He made us feel like more then a sale but family. We enjoyed our chats during this visit and can’t wait for what is to happen with the shower.
The entire process was quick and painless. Despite an original estimate of 10-12 weeks from order to final installation, our new shower was in place in less than 3 weeks. Our project manager, Cesar, was a delight to work with and his crew was on time and efficient. Highly recommend this company.
