The service and staff were great! Second time staying here to attend a 3 day seminar and the experience has been always outstanding. The food at the restaurant is really good, specially the octopus. It would be great if they were open till midnight or 11pm at least. They close at 10pm and during these trips you want to keep the socializing longer. Last but not least I would like to give an accolade to Feshua !the server at the restaurant, she went up and above to take care of our requests. The young guy helping to set the table and clean was also super kind and always with a big smile. These great humans made our experience better than ever
The rooms were very nice. It was well located. Their fitness facility would be enough for all but the most Abbott lifter. And even they would be able to make do for a few days for a few days. I only stayed overnight so unfortunately I didn't have an opportunity to partake in the lobby bar which seems to be nice .they also have some type of club lounge on the 14th floor that I wasn't able to get to eat that period. They have a terrace with chairs That you can casually relax and partake in as well.
I expected a little more luxury for a Renaissance but it was clean and the staff was friendly. I was there for a conference so the hotel was very busy. I did not get house keeping they ask at checkin. That is fine but it would have been nice to have a full tea and coffee service with honey and sugars and cream and also an extra body lotion as I was there 4 days 3 nights. Bar pricing was inconsistent 2 different prices for the same glass of wine and less than a 3 0z pour. Nice hotel location was ideal for my need. Shuttle driver was fabulous and got me from the airport and to the airport quickly
The entire experience at Arlington Capital View was a dream. This is one of the best services I’ve ever received at a Hotel. The staff was exceptional; the architecture is beautiful and myself as well as everyone I traveled with were treated like royalty. The rooms were spotless, a restaurant and bar is downstairs. I mean it wasn’t just a Hotel Stay, it was a pure luxury experience!
Excellent location of the hotel. Great area. Very close to all attractions and the airport. The Renaissance Hotel is clean, modern, quiet and peaceful. The staff is helpful, the restaurant has delicious and beautiful dishes. We liked.
Beautiful common areas. Standard rooms. Quality bedding. Good location to most Crystal City locations and the Metro. Fantastic lounge for those with loyalty status; adequate breakfast offerings, above average evening spread.Rooms: 4/5
Extremely happy!! The room was Clean, restaurant hours were great, the room was a good size, not a shoe box and great lighting to work. The staff was helpful and they had enough staff to avoid long waits. I will stay there again again upon my return in April.Rooms: 5/5
Great hotel!! Restaurant and coffee shop are excellent. I was excited to be able to use free weights in the gym. Definitely one of the better hotel gyms. As one can imagine, trying to find it in Arlington was an adventureRooms: 5/5
The ac was didn’t work out stay. I let it run for like two hours and no changed. Called for assistance someone came and had to put the ac on temp of 35 degrees to get it working a little. Came back barely working no one followed up no concern. Tv channels were not working. They need to update the bathrooms for the double beds why just have king beds with the glass showers. The beds were not comfortable. Check out no one ask me how was my stay. I come up this way often I wouldn’t stay again. Also the temperature showing isn’t the correct reading when the ac person came in it read a different number he even said it was hot in the room
The beds were comfy and the lobby decor was neat; however, the doors to the rooms are not soft close. So ALL night every night you constantly hear the slamming of doors from the whole floor. It is so loud it wakes you every time. We have multiple people staying with our group on different floors and this is a shared complaint we all have. Additionally, the carpets are pretty worn and dingy. Room slippers are a must
