Stay away! Beware of the fake google reviews. They offer “Account Manager” positions. Which are actually door to door sales. Payment is $300/wk. $7.50/hr. Below WA state minimum wage. The entire build up is “Work your way from the bottom! We promote within. One day you can become a manager earning six figures!!!” I will say many of the people whom I spoke with (A and M) were very genuine and interesting people. I had great conversation over coffee and wish them nothing but the best. It’s just unfortunate that I saw through the system the moment I walked though the door. :( The grip and grin culture was very prevelant here, but don’t be fooled by suits and job titles. This job sucks and there is a reason so many people were interviewing.

In my brief time at Renaissance Consulting Group I have learned more about marketing myself and a product that I have ever learned in any other attempt. I've learned a valuable communication skills that can be applied to any other business and my confidence as a result has improved vastly. The entry level positions do require you make presentations face-to-face with customers, the goal with that though is because nobody can be expected to run a business where they don't understand how the basic Foundation works. The program is Management training, so the goal is to get into management as quickly as possible. Definitely one of the better jobs I've ever had in my experience. The office culture is very accepting and everybody genuinely cares about how well everybody else is doing.

This firm calls you to interview for an "Account Manager" position which is actually door to door sales. An account manager is a liason between clients and internal designers or engineers. Don't waste your money on an Uber.
