We’re extraordinarily satisfied with our experience of working with Renaissance to install roughly 1,000 sq feet of hardwood. The floors are excellent quality and look terrific, the process was smooth and easy, and the pricing offered the best value. We shopped around a lot went to approximately 8 different stores in Montgomery County and only Renaissance checked each block. It's not possible to find a better company to prepare your floor, install the wood flooring, and do a perfect cleanup ... until you work with Amir and team at Renaissance Floor & Carpet. Renaissance Floor & Carpet installed 7800 square feet of flooring at our new build. Obtaining the material was a challenge due to the disruption in the global supply chain; however, Amir kept us informed at EVERY step of the way. The flooring wasn't level everywhere however Amir's installers took the extra time to level the flooring wherever possible. The attention to detail was amazing. My family is extremely pleased with this company and highly recommend them to any family looking to install new flooring.

Renaissance Floor and Carpet did a great job for us. Amir was very knowledgeable helping me select the right carpet for two staircases. I bid the job using the brand and patterns he helped me pick with three local retailers and RFC had both the most complete professional quote AND the lowest price. We had to cancel our install 3 times due to COVID and other issues, but Amir was very patient with us. When we were finally ready, more than a month after our carpet arrived, Ricardo and Walter did a precise, excellent job installing the carpet. Thank you RFC!

Very satisfied with the look of the floors, and the quality of the installation. I chose this installer because it seemed they place a high value on attention to detail and quality for installations, after having just been through a pretty sloppy kitchen remodel by another company. So Renaissance lived up to my expectations and I would recommend them. Latif was the flooring expert, and he has offered to come back anytime to address any problems that come up.

From start to finish, Renaissance Floor was absolutely fantastic! From the very first phone call to get an estimate, Amir was extremely helpful and detailed. His crew Jose & Juan ripped out our entire main floor, which included the entrance, study, living/dining rooms, powder room, closets, kitchen and sunroom, all of varying materials hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet. We also had our old carpeted staircase redone with new wood flooring. They did an extraordinarily incredible job of reducing squeaks...even going to the extent of opening up the plywood subfloors to investigate the cause of the squeaks. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew. For the entire week they were at our home, they arrived just before 8 am and left around 5 pm. Jose and Juan were polite, clean and very safety conscientious around our two small children and didn't play any music whatsoever unlike our kitchen contractors who played very loud rock music. Amir also visited and checked on how things were going on the first day and made a special trip for the staircase flooring installation. After all the floors were done, the crew spent about 1/2 hour vacuuming the mess and dust...it was so clean afterwards! Our in-store experience was wonderful as well. Amir and another store associate made us all including our kids feel very welcome and patiently showed us samples and taught us a lot about the different types and styles of each sample. Amir gave us a very fair price that included removal, disposal and installation. We would highly recommend Renaissance Floor to anyone looking for a great buying experience, a highly professional installation experience, and beautiful and detail-oriented results! We had an old cracked vinyl composite tile floor with a drain in an old house in the basement. We never used the drain. Latif Alaoui advised us on this issue. No other company we approached was able to cover the drain. The installing crew did a fantastic job flattening the floor using a cover and concrete, then they installed Luxury Vinyl planks and finished the edges perfectly with thresholds and moldings. They were very fast but still paid attention to detail. We also thought the price was quite good.

So pleased to have found Renaissance Flooring and Amir! Amir is a consummate professional with a calm and kind demeanor who is committed to delivering quality work on time. The project ran smoothly from start to end and went like this: 1. Perused the store and found the flooring I liked. 2. Confirmed appointment for the same week to have room measurements taken. 3. Received a reasonable estimate/proposal within a day. 4. Ordered the materials. Because they were local, they arrived within two weeks. 5. Confirmed appointment to have the flooring installed. Installation took two days 3 bedrooms, closets, hallway, and stairs. I am so pleased that I will be booking Amir and his team of installers to upgrade the downstairs flooring next!

We've had carpet installed twice by Renaissance and both experiences were wonderful. They have an extensive selection of carpets and everyone we've worked with there has been knowledgeable about which options would be right for us. We've never been pressured to spend more than we wanted to, and have gotten a great value from their services. The first installation was for carpeting in part of our basement pre-COVID. After a few months and one rambunctious kitten, we had some loose threads along the seam and called to have this repaired...well, then COVID hit and we cancelled the appointment and kind of forgot about the whole thing. Fast forward to about a month ago when we wanted to install carpet in our sunroom. I mentioned that we would also finally! like that seam repaired, and they ended up doing this free of charge without even a second thought about it! I was pleasantly surprised by this, and even more surprised to find that the repair is so seamless that I would never even know there was an issue at all. Very high quality work! We love the new carpet in our sunroom as well - both installations have gone smoothly, communication is great, and follow-up is also thorough. We will continue to use Renaissance for our needs and recommend them highly!
