Great rug cleaning service people were friendly and my rug feels like new again, maybe even better than new it feels much softer and cleaner than when i first got it.!!

Really, this is the place to take your fine rugs. Those handwoven ones you treasure. The natural dyes that you worry will be damaged anywhere else. Those special knots or fine fringe. Renaissance Rug Cleaning is the best. Their hand washing techniques respect the integrity of the rugs that were made to be so beautiful. I have taken my lovely Turkish rug, woven in a yurt from local natural dyes, to be cleaned twice in about 8 years. Both times they did an excellent job. The staff will measure carefully, look deeply for any issues, identify your rug with great accuracy, and do minor repairs included in the wash price. I assume they do more extensive repairs for customers, but I have not needed that Their pricing is fair and their process careful and thorough. The website shows their washing and drying techniques. If you value the artistry and cultural/historical beauty of your area rugs, you will take them here. They do a wide range of types of rugs, synthetic dyes too, I think and it's an education to drop off or pick up your rug to see what else others are bringing in. They also pick up from your home, if you need that. A great company. I have no worries taking my rug there. Am exceedingly pleased with the outcome.

We have been so pleased with all the services from Renaissance Rug Cleaning. We live in Washougal, WA and have some oriental rugs of a large size that are too difficult for us to move, transport and reset after cleaning. Renaissance is willing for a very nominal fee to delivery the rug after cleaning and place in the room where it has come. We also have used them to repair two rugs that belonged to my grandmother so much be over a hundred years old. They did on both of these rugs a beautiful job: one needed work on binding and the other needed some thin, weak areas rewoven. You will not be disappointed with their work or service ---- very pleasant family people with which to deal.

This is a wonderful, family owned business. They use a non-toxic process to clean rugs, and are very friendly and easy to work with. The colors in the oriental recently inherited from my mother really "pop" after cleaning. Highly recommended!
