I had one of my bathtubs refinished approximately one year ago. Customer service was top notch and each time I called regarding scheduling I spoke to the same person which is both rare and appreciated. We had our bathtub refinished while we were out of town and coordinating the crew coming and going while we were out of town was stress free. We were notified when the crew arrived and when they were finished. One year later the tub looks brand new. I am very satisfied with all aspects of this company and their product. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
I was more than pleased with the work Renew-it did. I originally had someone else do my tub and the color had always been off as well as the finish chipped very easily. Renew-it matched the color perfectly and made sure I was happy with it. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to strip the old finish and give me a new wonderful bathtub. The guys were great and I would definitely recommend them in the future, or use them myself.
Dell just redid our Claw Foot tub on sight at our home and he was so quick, professional, flexible, punctual, and just awesome. He tolerated our three year asking a million questions, did a fantastic job, and left our house very clean when he finished. We highly recommend Dell and Renew It for your refinishing needs.
