Reno Mobile Home Service

Richard reno built a nice set of steps for my mobile home. He attached them to the trailer, which is not in keeping with mobile home protocol but I was going to have him build a porch and he said that the steps could be removed and used for the porch when it is built. I paid him 208.00 by money order for the steps. He was very polite. Unfortunately he returned today and had a coworker and proceeded to do work that we had only discussed, not agreed on. I was surprised and told him I was not wanting to have the work done right now. He said he would do the job and I could pay for it next Wednesday. I firmly told him no, I don't want him to do it now. I notified the park office and gave a tag# and description of the vehicle and told them to notify me if he is seen at my trailer. I also texted him that he is not authorized to do work for me anymore.

Called to ask a question about exterior door and he acted like he got frustrated because my husband was asking multiple questions. He then said he was very busy and he had to go. Well Sir, you just lost a customer who is remolding a rental and would have brought you some business........ oh I forgot you’re to busy. So we will travel a little further and go to someone who has time for their customers!!!

The guy will schedule you, make you wait, and when you call him as nice as you can be and mention you have been waiting for him , he will say: "don't need your business" and hang up. Avoid, avoid, avoid........ Forgot to mention, the second time I spoke to him, he got angry and acted like I planned to stiff him. I was like "I don't have an problem paying you." he hadn't done any work yet. Wow...

I’m only giving 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. I called back to cancel an appointment because I found someone to do the job over the weekend and he proceeded to cuss me out and tell me he’s going to out a $10k lien on my house. I’ve had some bad customer service but this was on another level.

Reno mobile home service came out had flooding several water lines were broken due to age and they replaced all my lines and they were very friendly and very reasonable prices and job was done in a timely manner to get water back running I would definitely recommend this company in need of mobile home repair great great great customer service

I am only praying the part I ordered for the replacement bathtub faucet comes before my labor leaves for home!!!!! I have faith!!!!!
