My name is Ashley Crawford I ordered a tv from this Rent a Center . They were awesome fast delivery and great customer service . If you need anything the manager Chris brooks is awesome . Delivery guy Javier sayed late just to deliver and insisted he set the Tv up which made me leave a review! :
Literally just the worst. Horrible customer service. Very rude with the exception of Cindy I think that's her name. She's phenomenal. They will hang up the phone on you mid-sentence.
Contact the store about my Purchase Agreement ask to speak to a manager. Rep response was am the only manager here, ask when will the next manager be in and the rep hang up the phone on me twice. Terrible Customer Service worst store ever.
