Friendly,helpful...willing to work with you. No pressuring and they asked each time what we were looking for and were able to find it in a timely matter. My husband and I will make future purchases with them...very happy.

I had contracts with them the last 3 years, and when my aunt got sick I missed a payment. I was lied to on more than one occasion by a guy there named Kyle, and now I'm going to loose everything I owe money on. They refused to work with me, a loyal customer who always made his payments, and refused to work with my schedule as far as picking up the items I had to return. The only one that worked with me at all, ever, was Trina. Stear clear of bellefonte Rent a Center. Next time I'll just go to the one in Clearfield, or more likely Aarons in state college.
