The store manager is so rude and treats customers like they are NOTHING but if it wasnt for the customers he wouldn't have a job. I didn't go there to rent anything i took a friend and i could not believe how rude he was to her. He kept making up things that he needed from her. I have rented from rent a center previously and have never heard of half the things he supposedly needed. I was so disguisted that i told her that i would take her somewhere else. I took her to 5 star rental right down the road and the entire staff there was so friendly and the prices there are so much cheaper. If you are looking to rent something i would drive 2 minutes down the road to a place where you would be appreciated for your business. My advice to rent a center on irby st in florence sc is REPLACE your manager before that place closes down.
