They were very helpful, nice and kind and brought me to exactly what I needed!

I’ve been using Rent a center for over a year now, I have a couch and a Laptop that are almost paid off. I haven’t had any issues with the employees there, I’ve found them all to be helpful and professional. I also really appreciate the manager Tim, who assisted me with a problem I had with the furniture, He swapped it out for me, I just got it, and the delivery guys Dennis and Kenny, I believe, were great! Even helped me set up the couch where I wanted it, Thanks guys!

I just had l paymt left for a mattress that cost me over 12 hundred and I went over my paperwork and I should of been paid up this month of April but because I had sent it back because I looked over my paperwork and it said used. The manager lied about it and I called corporate and they did the right thing. So l got another mattress and they said they had to buy it and now they want four hundred dollars because of the lies they told me. It's not the first time they have done this. I refuse to pay it. And I didn't have LDW but one lady refused to credit me . I thought the manager was in charge . I paid full price for a refinished living room set. I'll stop here because there's so much more they have done. I'm done with this company. . I've gone there 40 yrs Then it changed so be careful they lie and take advantage of you if they can

Set up direct payments, I never heard from you and you never heard from me until near the final payment. Loved it, thank you

them calling like 20 times when you a day o 2 late is annoying but other wise there good

I like the convenience of seeing what I want and be able to bring it home no credit check

Harassing me about a payment but didn’t manage to bother to call me once about the broken items I still have and the item that doesn’t even belong with the two pieces I asked for. I’m just so disappointed I’ve never dealt with this before I called 3 times about it and yet I purposely don’t make a payment for damaged and wrong products and they are legitimately harassing me like every 3-5 minutes another call and voicemail. No joke. Smh

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Lady behind the counter was very rude disrespectful. Lost my credit application could not be found. Did not even offer me to fill out another one just said sorry can I can't find your credit application.The guy behind the counter was not wearing a mask, I said so I don't have to wear a mask if you're not wearing one.He said , not a problem. That lady came got and said. If your not going to wear the mask leave the store. The guy employee wasn't wearing a mask.

I don’t normally do reviews, but this one was well deserved. I pay for my TV bi-weekly, missed ONE week of payment, RAC Truck comes by my house to “repossess” my TV, was extremely rude and came into my garage thinking he has control over the situation. I understand that I am a WEEK only one week behind, and they come to repo my TV??? No thanks! I am returning the TV next week and will no longer be giving my business to rent a center regardless of location. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENT A CENTER TO ANYONE! Just beware.
