Ordered a couch and when i called to find out the estimated delivery time i asked for a refund and even though the guyAaron told me it was refunded i never got the amount i paid back. Seems very scammish to me and when i called to tell him my bank said it wasn’t refunded he told me i was lying.

Literal garbage. I felt like a crook working here.

The staff at Rent-A-Center are the best of the best! They are so willing to work with you and get you the best deal possible. This is the second time buying from them and can't wait to pay off so I can get a new couch and loveseat.

Can't make a payment after hours like every other company I deal with?? I wonder if Aaron's will.
