They were to deliver forty chairs to an outdoor wedding. They called me the day of the wedding to verify the dropoff location. They placed the chairs exactly as I requested and were very professional.

Rent a Tent was PHENOMENAL! Every aspect of working with the Cundiff family was easy and they are the ultimate professionals. We rented a gorgeous high-peaked tent with tables, chairs and a stage, and everything was even better than we imagined. The tent was clean and beautiful, the chairs were a gorgeous mahogany-type of wood, and the tables were exactly as ordered. The owners and crew were friendly and made the experience simply wonderful. I can't brag on them enough!

Katie and her team were great to work with, and very responsible and flexible in last minute changes made before delivery. The set up crew were quick and efficient, and clarified tent placement. I had a last minute change to my event due to weather and Rent A Tent was able to accommodate my request. The tent was beautiful and the service was great. I made one phone call and they took care of everything. I would highly recommend this company due to their service and pricing.

In my experience as the event coordinator for the Louisville Free Public Library, Rent A Tent is 100% professional and dependable. They have supplied tents for many of our large, public events. The tents are always in great condition and their set-up crews are always on-time, professional and courteous.

I requested a quote online asking for a tent and chairs. I received a quote for not only a tent and chairs, But the quote included a stage and dance floor. When I responded back telling them to please re-review the original request they sent me another quote. I decided to not go with that quote because it was outrageously expensive compared to other companies. I set up a tent with another company in less than 12 hours later reached back out to this company and requested 250 chairs for delivery. Within the 12 hours they have decided they no longer want to deliver and I would need to come pick up. I personally find it rather “odd“ that delivery was available the day before for a large order but when I minimized it they decided they didn’t want to help. I will not be recommending this company to anybody.

We used RentATent to provide our tables, chairs, tents and dance floor for our September wedding. They were absolutely fantastic! The staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. They came out ahead of time to set up so we didn't have to worry about it day of. Everything was in great condition and was absolutely beautiful. They were there bright and early the day after our wedding to take everything down so we had one less thing to worry about. I would highly recommend them!

I have used Rent A Tent every year for our company Derby party. They ALWAYS do a great job and work with me when I have a last minute change. I highly recommend.
