Disrespectful Staff over the phone made it seem like as if they were doing you a favor by answering.
Judgmental and rude. Make sure you fit in their “box” of what a family is supposed to look like before making any appointments. Emails and phone conversations made me feel like I was doing something wrong when all I was looking for was information on my eggs viability. I would give no stars if possible.
Wonderful staff, facility and experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We now have a son due to RMIA and I can’t recommend them enough!
We had a a great experience with Dr Leonard and the entire staff at RMIA. We transferred here after being with another clinic and after 1 IVF cycle had a beautiful baby boy!! Would highly recommend RMIA.
We loved the staff at RMIA. They made us feel like we were the only couple they were working with. And of course we got our beautiful baby boy, so they definitely know what they are doing. Great experience!
Thank you RMIA! The entire team is welcoming and so caring. Dr Leonard walked with us through a loss and was compassionate as she explained it wasn't our fault. Fortunately our next round of IVF was a success. We transferred our remaining two embryos and were blessed with our second beautiful boy.
