Gave one star because they don't offer negative numbers. They used to be really great to deal with, but have gone down hill fast. I have never waited on hold less than 30 minutes when trying to contact them. Dresser with 4 separate people to try to get a simple issue fix and none of them could successfully schedule a simple pick up.

Absolutely awful. Have double billed me and also haven't picked up my trash in 3 weeks. Trash in the streets, racoons in my cans- have called multiple times and representatives act like I don't know what I'm talking about. Worst company I have ever dealt with. TERRIBLE, AWFUL.

We are starting into week three of no trash pickup. We have called. They said we are coming the next day. Of course that was a lie. Our whole neighborhood needs trash pickup.

Wish they were as good at picking up the trash as they are at billing you for it.

If I could attach a picture to this review I would. My garbage has not been picked up since BEFORE the end of December. Ridiculous! Once contacted the customer service representative says hey will put it in for a priority pickup. Ha!! I have heard that 3 times and after each time my garbage is STILL sitting at the end of my driveway.
