I pay for weekly trash pick up but currently have gone 3 weeks without trash pick up! They say it's due to weather and the holidays. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but I can't. This is ridiculous. I have bags of trash piling up on my back deck so nothing gets into them since my dumpster is full. They refuse to compensate my bill because it is "unforseen circumstances." Well I worked the holidays and weekends driving on the same road. UPS has delivered to my home and I have seen numerous trucks (except trash trucks) on the road. Very poor customer service.

Can't even explain all the problems. It's crazy how often these people have left a bigger mess behind! No way it's not on purpose.

They are awful service they never show up on the day there scheduled for always canceling pickups . Then you get the annoying voice on answering machine DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WE WERENT ABLE TO PICK YOUR TRASH UP WE KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND what a joke won't even be bad out and there no show . Either hire better employees or get out of business only reason your around still is nobody else to compete with
