Edit: Was very upset with the company as a whole but truly appreciate their drivers who do their best to act as decent human beings and help out where they can. The driver went out of their way for us today. Thank you sir!

I spoke with Aaron today and he has been the first person here who has given good service. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind.

We're moving and the moving truck blocked the recycling from getting picked up. We called Republic Services and talked with Jeremy, who was able to help us with getting another pickup scheduled. Plus, he helped point us in the right direction on a couple of other issues. Great customer service!

Commercial service is absolutely terrible. They skip 4-5 pick ups a month and customer service does nothing at all. They make a note in the system and nothing happens. The drivers make no effort to maintain a regular schedule, they do the bare minimum and nothing more. They have a monopoly on the system.
