We had mixed feelings on our first visit to Rescue Brewery. The first miss was that the brewery does NOT allow dogs, despite several places indicating they do; this was deceptive. The food was good, and the bright spot of the visit. Although, it is quite expensive and you will be hard pressed to find much to fill you up for a good bargain. I only tried one beer and it was alright, but nothing special. I’ll try different beers next time. Finally, the food server was a real downer - he moped around the place and brought the vibe a few notches lower. A few simple requests sauces, to go containers went completely ignored. The bartenders were far superior and very helpful.
Cool place with different food & beer selections. Enjoyed our 1st time there and would return.
The Sweet Fruition beer was great! I ordered it with a burger and the pair is phenomenal! I really recommend this place for a time with friends!
Rescue Brewery already wins many stars by its name and mission. They are promoting those who serve, and adding rescue dogs in need of a home. That's a win all day. Oh ya and they also have wonderful beer haha. We stopped by on Father's day and enjoyed 2 rounds of tasters. Places like this make it difficult, because when you try lots of good of beer, and not enough time, you're having to narrow your choices lol. I guess that's a good problem to have. I leaned toward the hazy beers, while my wife enjoyed the Pineapple Whippet and the Mango Blonde. Their selection covers all palates and what they do different, is they sell a 4 pack of beers that you can mix and match. We bought one those and love that idea. Most places make you buy the same beer in 4 or 6 packs, which is cool, but a mix is great too. So next time you're in downtown Upland, swing by this tasty brewery and enjoy good beer, good food. On a side note, where this is located is only 60 feet from the gazebo I proposed to my wife, so this place rocks haha.
First visit. Cute brewery. Got 4 4oz pours to try them and all were good. Friendly staff, food menu looks tasty, and liked all our tasters. Next time I'll try buffalo cauliflower.
I really enjoy the beer they brew at Rescue Brewing. Good quality beer, a nice big tap room with lots of seating and very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking and easy to find. They have bands and entertainment and offer discounts to law enforcement, firemen, military and vets. They also are active in the community with fund raisers and support local events.
First time here. Service, beer and food were all fantastic. We had the Buffalo Cauliflower and Steak Flatbread - so yum!!
Super fun place! The Coconut Water IPA was delicious! Their customer service was great, and the live band was awesome! There were lots of people there on a Friday night, so come early of you want a seat.
There's a pretty big selection, even before the hard seltzers. We got a Haze Against the Machine and Blood Orange Hefe. The hazy was nicely juicy and hazy. The Hefe had a good Orange flavor, but I would've liked a bit more Hefe flavor; it was a good wheat beer.
This place was easy to find. Free street parking. Couches and mostly high concrete tables. Love their Coconut Milk American IPA, 7.9% ABV, 70 IBUs. Overall, their beers were promising. Staff were mostly talking amongst themselves rather to customers. Even though the interior design was warm, the atmosphere was still cold. They were out of growlers and they do not have crowlers or bottled/canned beers. No food served here.
