They rent out this college dorm in the summer time as hotel rooms, complete with housekeeping services every day if needed. The rooms are split in two with a kitchen and bathroom to share. Each room has it's own door, desk, drawers, shelves, 3 coat hangers and room to hang more clothes or coats. Also, they each have a flat screen TV, pillows, sheets and bed covers and a phone. Kitchen has fridge and microwave, but no stove top burners or utensils at all. You must bring your own stuff. The convenience grocery store features frozen dinners and sodas, candy and some needed items. There is also a Subway restaurant by the check in counter and next to the grocery store. A food court is located across the outdoor area where you can get any hot meal you want.

It is very funny. Of all the review, it's quite clear that the staff and their friends wrote them to advertise for students who want to go to study in Toronto. As the one who spent two years in this residence, I say that the worst is. Rude employees and under-working. Rooms are all dirty. If the rental status of an apartment in Toronto was so easy, never in this cemetery.

Manager Joelle I believe that was her name, very rude. To think as a a manager you will set good example. Ended what could have been a very good experience with a bad attitude

Avoid! I visited in July of 2017 when there was massive construction and dust going on throughout the building. No warning of this and checked me right in, the interior of the place looks like a dimly lit mental facility. The rooms are sparce, like a dorm. So within 10 mins I come back to front desk stating The rooms are not acceptable and the dust is going to be a problem for me since I have sensitivity to it. Front desk staff (Quinton doyle) wouldnt issue a refund stating the only have authority to Charge a card. After going back and fourth they said they will have the manager contact next day. I got it in writing that I did not stay in the place and am Eligable for a refund!
Next day no contact, following day called back, nobody would take responsibility to issue a refund (kept putting me on hold). Called booking co, Expedia, who contacted them to resolve and they told expedia they will Not refund. Expedia was nice enough to refund me 1/2 the price (paid $100, refunded $50) and that was that.
Would strongly advice people to avoid OR if you are in a pinch, at the very least, walk THRU to see the rooms before committing to a room here
