Excellent front desk help. Cozy, comfortable rooms. Hot breakfast buffet every morning is very nice. Light dinner served 2 nights a week for free! Nice indoor pool and hot tub. FREE washing machines and dryers. A little more expensive than average but worth it!

My father turned us on to this hotel. It's great for us, as my little one has allergies, and having a kitchen is SO helpful. Lovely rooms, comfy beds (even the fold out couch), and they provide steak knives and wine bottle openers! They even have internet TV, so we can use our accounts to watch movies. I highly recommend it.

Check in was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast and supper were a nice addition. The staff went out of their way during these events to be gracious and friendly hostesses and hosts. One staffer behind the counter was a bit cold, the rest were fine. I asked about Fox News and she said Marriott liked CNN because "it was the most balanced". CNN??? really? Room was wonderful except the shower/tub bottom was waaaay too slippery. I ended up putting a towel down so I wouldn't fall. The hot tub downstairs was great. We used it four times. Pet policy was a relief as we brought our dog with us. Not sure about the $100 no-refundable deposit for pets. If we did not have a mess, we should be reimbursed, especially with a non-shedding dog. I thought that was for pets that had problems. Being so close to restaurants and shopping is a plus. Halls were clean with a nice fragrance. Room setup with a kitchen was terrific. Spacious yet practical. Oh, the outside grounds needed a little more attention. Someone left a taco bag with food near the basketball court that an animal had gotten into. A day later, it still had not been cleaned up....and the cigarette butts !! All over the east side lawns.

Residence Inn is one of our favorite places to stay when we go through Casper. The staff always goes over and above, the rooms are clean and modern and the breakfast is wonderful. I especially love the touches of adding an appetizer bar in the evenings. We will always come back and stay at our favorite hotel.

Newer hotel. Very nice rooms. Updated TV systems. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
