It's a great place to stay in, as they say it's not a hotel it's a residence and that's true. Everything you need, room are spacious, kitchen have all the utensils except pressure cooker if you need one get one. Be careful of the pool water it might irritate your eyes sometimes. Gym is fully equipped. Room service is amazing. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday you get a evening snacks which is more than enough to fill your appetite. I have been here for one and a half month and not a single complain. They don't have restaurant or bar which is little obvious as it's a residence not a hotel. Receptionist are really friendly and tell you where and when you need to be in the city so that you don't miss the fun in being Toronto. Breakfast has lots and lots of variety but they run off on hot chocolate sometimes.

Loved this place!!! I was in a two room suite complete with a full size fridge (with an ice maker), stove top, dish washer, sink and a cabinet stocked with dishes. The hotel even offered a full breakfast every day, atm, swimming pool and gym facilities.
The only real downside, for me, was the 14 dollar a day parking charge that I wasn't made aware of until I checked in. Other than that, I'd stay there in a heartbeat !!!!

Breakfast area , amazing service.Extreamly clean. Good selection, food is perfectly cooked.Rooms newly Renovated, so relaxing. Will return on my next business trip .

This is an average hotel...
Not too fancy but good.
It is under renovation.
The breakfast it's good and always on time.
... and from dask may do grocery shopping for you!
rooms at least on the top floor are new with Keurig coffee maker. I will comeback.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen included in the room is great, plenty of dishes, dishwasher, regular sized fridge, big microwave.
