Basically the only place I stay in Toronto when I go. Rooms are always clean, good size, full kitchens (which is great if your staying a night or a week). Close to everything especially food and Rogers Centre or the ACC. Breakfast included is always great too and nice that you actually get breakfast included. I used to use the valet, but the cost has just gone up too much that it isn't worth the cost. It is cheaper to park behind the building yourself (by like $30 a night), and its a locked secure lot only accessible by the parking ticket you get. The pics are of the King size 1-bedroom suite.

The staff was friendly and accommodating which is nice to encounter. This place is great for a quick stay after a night at the entertainment district with some friends. Regular rooms have a king-size bed with an extremely comfy couch. I mean... the couch looks hard, but the cushions made me almost want to sleep there instead of the bed. Also, there is a kitchen area with one washroom within the bedroom. So since the washroom is in the bedroom, if you're staying with friends, you'll have to keep the door open for people to pass through when they have to go. And if your friends are drunk and need to puke their brains out, give them the bed. (Just a heads up). I have stayed at this hotel about 4 times and have nothing bad to say except for the sometimes overwhelming smell of Indian cuisine on the bottom level due to the neighbouring restaurant.

Room overall was good. We had the suite so having a kitchen/living room area was nice. The only downside was the mattress in the room. Was very springy, almost like it was way to old. Didn't have a good night's rest. Other than that, the hotel was good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We stayed for a weekend and got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. The room was fantastic for our 3 day stay. They had a decent free breakfast and the hotel was within walking distance of lots of restaurants, the subway, and anything else we needed. I'd stay there again.

Valet was above and beyond. The customer service desk was very quaint and friendly. I needed ice in my room and it was brought within 5 minutes, no hesitation. The only issue was the tubs drainage wouldn't stay up, and so all the water began rising in the tub.
