Overall the hotel is good. The staff is friendly and the room is clean. The hotel hallways were a bit dirty on the day of my arrival but have since been cleaned. The sofa in my room has seen a lot of use and is sagging a bit. The room has kind of a weird smell that I got used to fast and didn't linger on my person. Overall I would stay again.

I want start off by saying the check in staff was very very friendly and helped us find good spots to eat. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has a small hot tub and a pool. There is a gym but it is really small. They have complimentary breakfast which wasn't that bad, considering it's hotel breakfast. The overall stay was fantastic.

The most messed up hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The ironing board didn’t work for starters. The staff were less than helpful and were often no where to be found. But let’s start on the real issue. THE BEDS. Each room contained only one bed and one pullout couch!!! What Kind of hotel is that?! We stressed all night over who got the bed and we still have not decided. Also when we called down to ask for extra blankets for the very uncomfortable pullout, they answered saying they only had sheets and we HAD TO GO DOWN AT TWO IN THE MORING AND GET THEM OURSELF. All in all not impressed with this hotel at all. If you are a decent person who enjoyed sleeping in a bed, do not stay here.

Crystal is awesome as are most staff. This place has gone above and beyond while my family is here making the past 2 months easy and comfortable in some our darkest hours after the fire.

Super service. Thrre were 2 hockey teams staying there at the same time as us but we didn't hear them at all. Great service and excellent location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a huge free parking lot.
