She was knowledgeable at what she does and with years of experience showed in how she answered my questions and championed to get my loan closed. All those that I came in contact with at her office were kind and I felt they genuinely cared about the success of my loan closing on time. This was the second time working with Lois M and I will continue to return to Resident Lending Group when I need help with any future loan business. Their office and work ethic is five stars. Lois and her team are rockstars! I was nervous the whole process was going to be a hassle and would drag on. Her and her team were on top of everything, working what seemed like all hours of the day to make sure I would be able to close in a month. She is super kind and I was able to ask her almost any question about the process and she would come up with the answer. She definitely knows what she is doing and is able to explain the process to someone who has no idea. It has been about a month since I closed on my first house and she is still available when I need a question answered and treats me as if I am a customer still in the market for house.
