Residential Mortgage, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northrim Bank. Established in 1998, we started out with 30 employees and two branch offices, today we have 125 people and 15 branch office locations to serve your needs.
We have some of the most experienced mortgage professionals in Alaska, many with more than 20 years serving Alaska homeowners. This experience, combined with a dedication to providing the highest level of customer service, has been the formula for our success.
