Dr. Lloyd is amazing!!! He treats me like a person and listens to me while also having top notch knowledge and experience to get down to the bottom of my health issues. He is, hands down, one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege to be under their care.

Dr. Lloyd was extremely helpful in getting me the medication I needed. The staff was nice and professional. I felt very comfortable through the entire process and would definitely recommend Dr. Lloyd to my friends and family.

Dr. Lloyd is fantastic and his office is an extremely professional environment. I had gotten a lot of different information from different doctors regarding types of inhalers and what I need and when I should use it. Dr. Lloyd quickly cleared this confusion up for me and gave me exactly what I needed, while also educating me on what I'm taking. It has been my go-to inhaler ever since. Really appreciative of his help in controlling my asthma!

My physician is Dr. K. Lloyd, and I am very pleased with him! He is friendly and makes you feel at ease as soon as he walks in the room and he explains things quite thoroughly. No complaints with him. On the other hand, I called the clinic to make an appointment about a month ago in between 8-9am and received a voice message that says their regular business hours are 8a-5p, and to call back during regular business hours. I was frustrated because I WAS calling during regular business hours. Now, July 5 and July 6, 2018, it has happened again. On 7/5, I called 4 times in between 8a-9a and got the same message so I left a message instead with the answering service and later received a call from a Veronica- she explained that she was covering for the person who is normally at the front desk and "forgot to roll the phones over." Today 7/6, it happened again. The person from the answering service did not care at all at what was going on and did not offer an apology. No one called me back this time. I called the clinic again it is now 9:03am and Veronica answers. I explained that the same thing from yesterday happened again and she did not apologize this time. Instead, she curtly responded "How can I help you?" and clearly did not want to admit that she made the same mistake twice. After I informed her that I would need to speak with Dr. Lloyd about my treatment today, I asked her what their website was because I wanted to write about the issue and she said they do not have a website "it was taken down months ago" which is untrue. She just didn't want to be held accountable for her errors. I easily found their website through Google. -- Dear medical and administrative teams at Respiratory Consultants of Houston. Please address your lower level staff. I adore my physician, but these kinds of experiences will eventually force me to find a different clinic. Because I am satisfied with my doctor, I really don't want to have to move. Thank you for your time.
