Staff is usually nice. There are some exceptions. They have a wide variety to choose from. The bad, you have to keep your head on a swivel the entire time. The motorized pallet trucks fly around the store at break neck speed-including corners. They weave in and around pallet, customers and everything in between. Isles always have loaded pallets in them. Always. Most customers are grumpy so, trying to manage your flat bed cart in between angry customers and the pallet trucks is challenging. Prices change often, and price tags are not always displayed on the shelves. Pricing at the register does not always match the shelf. It's worth the hassle or we wouldn't keep going back but, you have to be aware of your surroundings and what the price is supposed to be. UPDATE: 05/18 They seem to have gutted the entire staff at this location, including those in the office. Last couple of times there isn't a single employee I recognize. The checkers seem to be still getting up to speed and this causes slowdowns in trying to checkout. Which causes long lines and the time I was there, they didn't open any additional lines--they have a sign that says they will open additional checkout lanes if there are x number of people waiting in all open lanes. Floor staff, those working in the merchandise/food area are new as well. New people in departments where not all of the items are priced (there is quite a bit of items that don't have prices) and they have no idea where some stuff is, is frustrating. Some things seems to be getting better but, it is painful trying to get through this until they get their stuff together. Some things remain the same: 1. Can't find items / out of stock (hate having them drop pallets of the items you need. Pain to go find someone and the time it all takes). 2. Not all items have a price. 3. Prices marked are not always the price that rings on the register. If not on sale, prices on items/shelf are estimates at best. Pluses: The pallet truck derby races seemed to have stopped. Or at least happen less frequently. Haven't had one of their trucks whiz by in several trips now. Still we put up with all if this because of the bulk and prices.

We frequent this place often. Great deal on meat and paper products. Just always feel they are out of something every time I go. I Always wind up going to sams club too.

This is our first trip here & it's crazy! We've been here 2 hours! In line for an hour of it. I don't know what's the deal today but this is nuts! The convience of this store is great but the organization is not. We'll be back because we have to not because we want to.

It takes around 45 min to get your stuff check out..... Just wait for 45 min and no one in management care about if the meat, fish product sitting on the cart for that long which can go bad in the summer time

If you are delivering here be prepared to sit all day. Clear your calendar and know that you have plenty of time for a nap and lunch.
