The new location has a large, well organized selection with a lot of dining tables and sofa options. The linen tufted chair is a perfect addition to my sitting area.

Place is nice and staff are friendly. Most items out of my budget, but love to get inspiration.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My wife went to browse on Tuesday and finally found an armoire that fit our house and budget. There was a tag that stated that the piece was being held til 4/26, the day prior. She inquired if she'd be able to purchase it since it was now 4/27. She was told that they extended the hold date for another two days since the customer was coming from out of state to purchase the item. Mind you the company's policy for holding an unpaid item is 2 hours. We went back there today to see if the item was still available, it wasn't. But the same item, only broken, which was being discounted at the same interval had been discounted earlier that day. This gives me the impression that items are being held unfairly at this store for certain people to receive the greatest discounts.

I cannot say enough nice things about the team in Cherry Hill! They were very patient and helped me out tremendously when trying to find the right chair and ottoman. I highly recommend this Outlet. Big thanks to Lisa and Josh who were a delight to work with!

fantastic experience in this store, the team is extremely helpful and was very attenetive to all of my needs. the furniture here is priced at a much better price point than their gallery and I could leave with it today! great store great team and great company!!

I like the openness of the space and they have really good deals on at least 40% of their stuff. Their towels are the best. For this last visit, they didn't have any, but of you can get them, then get them!

Terrible experience. First and foremost I spent 15-20 mins walking around the store and both salespeople neglected to even say hello or acknowledge me. Yup. Too busy sitting behind the counter talking to each other about their personal lives while me and other customers roamed around the store without help. Nice customer service! Secondly these are NOT outlet prices at all. Bordered on insulting. Good luck finding an outlet deal here. Wouldn't go back or recommend. Go to Raymour next door.

Why why why would anyone purchase anything from here? Everything is Final Sale, nearly EVERYTHING is damaged, and not a small, discreet blemish or scratch... Damaged. And the discounted price would in no way make up a justification to purchase an item so damaged and "discount " is kind of a joke. They should be paying you to haul it off. I would now seriously question the quality of all their items in their "non-outlet" retail or catalog stores based on the damages of the items in this "outlet" If that is how their stuff holds up, Wow...just terrible.

I have been to several high end furniture outlets and this one is the worse. Unless you are letting the name RH fools you, you would fall for their items. Almost Everything in the store is damaged. Their damaged furniture are also way overpriced and they need to be donated to Goodwill, specially their sectional sofas which children use as waiting sitting area while their parents are shopping The one star is for a few solid items that are not damaged and customer service, excluded the male manager who is clueless on how to price some of the furnitures

I can't judge the quality of the furniture but a guy named Dimitri helped us out and he was outstanding. He helped us with the layout of the furniture, gave us tips, and provided us candid advice. We didn't buy anything today, but would come back because of his assistance.
