The first time welcome was a big plus for my experience. A very friendly staff, everyone there took time to make sure I was ok during my treatment. When I recently went in for a restorative vitamin treatment hydration, etc., I found each and every individual encountered there to be more than friendly, professional, and helpful and the general atmosphere to be hospitable and calming. Excellent environment and I will return soon, I'm sure!
Restore Hyper Wellness is fantastic! I have used many of the services for recovery of nagging pains and aches, including cryotherapy, compression, infrared sauna and even gotten IV drips. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and is well worth the trip each time. I am a member and make it part of my schedule to go each week. I highly recommend Restore Hyper Wellness!
I created a membership with Restore while I was with my girlfriend and was lead to believe either her or myself could use the credits. I’ve had the account for about 8 months now I currently have 5 credits which is 5 monthly payments worth of credits. Today I called to schedule an appointment for my girlfriend and the woman was very short with me and told me I didn’t have a “shareable” account. I explained to her that was not what I was lead to believe at the point of sale. Why would I create an account with my partner, while I was with my partner that only I myself could use? Rather then trying to work with me since those 5 credits cost me $89.99 per month and allow my girlfriend to use some of the credit that I have already paid for in full she refused. She could have kept my business by working with me and continued to collect my payments of $89.99 per month but instead decided not to do the right thing so I terminated my membership. There’s an old saying “you can sheer a sheep many times, but skin it only once”. Hopefully in the future they will learn to do right by the client and keep their business rather than burn them and lose it.

Awesome experience! Staff was great! Immediately felt rejuvenation while understanding full benefits can be achieved with multiple visits. The most immediate result was during the compression trial on both arms. I have shoulder pains from lifting and my left shoulder settled in and is now pain free. Amazing!

My daughter is a runner and has been a frequent customer for Cryotherepy and compression for the last 2 1/2 years. Their service is excellent and staff is knowledgeable and so friendly. They are always genuinely interested in how she is doing with her races and keep track of her progress. It is easy to make an appointment and such a relaxing atmosphere when you are there. At Restore they go above and beyond!
My husband and I recently became members at the Carmel location in Charlotte and are thoroughly enjoying our experience there! We’ve tried just about everything at this point and we each definitely have our favs. The entire team there is awesome and they made us feel right at home from the very beginning! I HIGHLY recommend checking it out for yourself. You’ll be glad you did!
It was a great experience and kudos to the staff! Everybody was welcoming and helpful! Victoria was amazing and explained the entire process extremely well! Her knowledge would put anybody at ease. She won me over with her listening skills! I explained my issues and she was able to answer any question. I’ll be a customer again for sure!
