We are producers, engineers and most importantly...musicians. We are people who love music and understand the importance of a comfortable recording environment.

Story

We love the process of growing ideas into finished albums. We also believe that records should be exciting and sincere, so we do everything we can to facilitate that. We’re available for long and short term projects of all types and are always open to new ideas.

Retro City Studios is located at 6120 Greene Street in Philadelphia. Our main live room features 16′ ceilings, hardwood floors and lots of space. We have multiple tuned isolation rooms which are great for overdubs and live recording situations. Our second story control room features natural light and overlooks the entire studio. A large assortment of modern and vintage musical gear is always available and ever expanding. Our private lounge has wireless internet, digital cable and most importantly, a HUGE selection of NES games! We offer on-site private garage parking and loading for artists and staff.
