Great staff. The most spacious Retro in Queens. Dumbbells go up to 135 and owner is always bringing in new equipment. Morning crew is very mature and respectful. Love my gym

Great range of equipment, but the size of it "intimidated" me when I worked out there a few years ago as a newbie, so I stopped going to the gym for a while until getting back into it in a smaller, more intimate gym closer to me. Would probably regularly go there to work out there now if I lived nearby.

Typical budget friendly gym. Machines are ok , pretty big space, parking lot and parking in street. They don't really enforce gym etiquette like slamming weights besides expectation to wipe down machines. Space for spin class, bathrooms looked clean.
