We were invited by another classic car enthusiast and as it was delightful weather, were happy to chime in and find the Keg & Case location. Organizer Aaron Courteau and others flagged us to the correct entrance and indicated where we should park our car. It is a very warm and welcoming venue. We were totally shocked that driving in to meet other classic car owners is free. Unfortunately, we were unaware that attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation for the Food Shelf. We would have been most happy to participate. Interestingly enough, some locals walked over to see the cars, brought donations, and asked “me” where to put them. It seemed really meaningful to the event viewers and participants. I’d like to see more events like this and hopefully we can find another open Saturday to return. We hadn’t inside Keg and Case before and were pleasantly surprised by the how clean and spacious it is. And very nice of the vendor who provides the events coffee. They also sold several breakfast items, so we enjoyed a scone as well. It was nice to meet a few residents from the neighborhood. It was particularly delightful to see one young man come with his son who was so excited to see the vintage motor cars and was delighted to see one come and go. There is a pleasant assortment of local businesses in Keg and Case Market. The cheese shop is especially neat. Events here are easier for first-time goers to find if they just know to look for the famous Schmidt sign that stands tall and is easy to see from blocks away.
A good place to check out in St Paul. Super cool building. Great outdoor seating for warm weather. A nice variety of shops one the main level. Clutch brewery on the upper level. Good beer! Fun place to hang out and people watch. Nice food options as well. Worth checking out!
This place used to be full of life. On a Saturday afternoon in March not many people. Handful of shops and places to eat were closed. We ate at the Jamaican spot and I wasn't very impressed. However, the brewery is good.
So many shops still as of May 2022 currently closed here. Unless you want to get alcohol or get heart burn from that cheese place or there is an event going on I would recommend waiting until stores open back up here
This place is awesome chill spot in an old brewery really chill and laid back place to take the family kids welcome as well really warm friendly clean environment friendly staff and ownership will definitely be back to check out more of this place also recommend by me
Its great and fun. I see people having a lot of fun and there is plenty of room outside. Good services
Visited Clutch Brewing with a small group. The outdoor area is super big, so we could space ourselves to prevent spreading anything. Beer was good. Very quiet for a Wed night happy hour. $4 beer was excellent value. There are various food & drink options as well as ample indoor seating.
This place is unfortunately sad, should be a great neighborhood spot but it lacks variety of food Pimento is amazing but O'Cheeze is lame... And that's about it for food, the vendors are mostly uninteresting, Clutch Brewing is just OK, and the highlight is checking out the mushroom room. Sometimes interesting events on the patio in summer block party, music, local professional wrestling but it's frustrating how often the patio isn't open when I just want to walk for a beer on a summer day - closing every Monday is absurd when labor/memorial days should be the perfect patio days.
really cool space here. lots of vendors selling their items. we came specifically for a beer and ended up getting a few other things as well. there was plenty of parking and we look forward to come back when the weather is a little warmer.
Up in the area for other reasons, stopped in to have a beer a d listen to some music outdoors. Keg and Case didn't disappoint. Nice old building designed very nicely, lots of vendors, great outdoor area with food trucks and a nice sounding stage area. Made for an unexpectedly fun afternoon. Really overpriced though...
