Poor communication and unwilling to assist previous customer on a repair. When you spend the amount you do on your homes siding, you expect a certain level of customer service no matter how long the install was.

I have had my Windows installed by Reynolds approx. 7yrs. ago. One window in particular has been leaking at the frame. I reported this several times. Once they came out, re calked and charged me! It still leaks. Unbelievable damage at that same window still. Insurance will have to get involved now. So ask yourself...

The installation of vinyl wrap for all wood trim on three sides of our house, personal garage door, new vinyl porch railings, and porch columns was great! The installer really cared about doing a quality job and he did!! We are very happy with the finished product.
