I had a 90 minute massage with Robina this afternoon and it was absolutely incredible. The location being in a gym is offputting at first, but once you get back into the room it makes sense. It's a small and comfortable space with just a table and a computer at a desk. The lighting and music are both very relaxing, and overall the environment was comfortable. She stepped out of the room to wash her hands and allow me to undress, and politely knocked and asked if I was decent before she came in. The massage itself was very relaxing. She went deep into the areas that I had the most tension but was able to read when something was uncomfortable or painful and was able to stop before I had to tell her to. The price was good, especially with the Groupon. I highly recommend getting a massage here, I'll definitely be returning.

I scheduled a massage purchased through Groupon with Joshua. I left a message at 5:29pm standing in front of the venue because I was unsure of where I was going. I found my way inside and arrived downstairs to sign in at 5:32pm. Josh came to get me at 5:42pm and he went back to the room. The room was very dirty with debris and dust on the floor and dresser. The massage bed had a rumple sheet thrown over it and a torn up piece of paper towel over the face rest. Josh redeemed my groupon immediately and when I asked about our starting time to ensure I would get my full hour he said no, I the customer was late. When I responded that I was on time he said well they just came back to get me. At that point, I had overlooked the dirty room but now this person, that I was supposed to be alone with and take my clothes off with was starting to make me uncomfortable. I took a closer look at the room and at him and I realized he was very sweaty and had holes in his ill fitting shirt and sweatpants, this in addition to the dirty room, paper towel head rest and dirty looking sheets was enough for me. I immediately started to feel very unsafe and packed up my belongings and left. I called Groupon to tell them about my experience when I got home. The woman over the phone was sympathetic, she refunded my money, told me that the businesses are NOT supposed to redeem groupons before the service is rendered and said “as a female, i’m really glad you left”. This is a totally pathetic way to operate a massage business. I have cancelled my Groupon account, I don’t expect reYou massage to care but I wanted you to know that i’ve used Groupon for years and I have never had an experience that made me feel so grossed out and set off my internal alarm bells, like this one did.

Robina is professional, talented, and overall lovely! I had a great experience with my first ever professional full body massage! Highly recommend, will be back soon!

I had a great massage with josh. He fixed my back issues for me. My low back and upper back were bothering me before.
