Its been quite a jorney but Thank you to the office of Reza Athari my husband finally has been Approved. and especially to Bertha who handled our case, she is the best professional that I have ever worked with. There are lot of good lawyers with great knowledge of the immigration law.Bertha sets herself apart by being a great, understanding, helpful, supportive, emphatic person. That is rare in this world. I was previously referred to Reza Athari & Associates for a Federal Case I had pending and could not be more thankful that my friend told me about the firm. I walked into the office and waited 30 minutes for a consultation. After he called my name I walked into the room and the entire encounter lasted less than 2 minutes. I asked him a question and he said that he cannot answer my question without charging me a consultation fee. He did not bother to even listen to anything else I had to say and stated that he was busy as he had a lot of other clients and very rudely told me to leave. EDIT: As he has replied to my review calling me an ungrateful person, I will elaborate further. I didn't come to get legal advice for free, I was trying to get a consultation about other possible visas to file, such as work visa or other visas, but you did not bother listening to me. You heard the first part of where I said I have previously filed the I130 myself and you didn't bother listening to anything after that. Your statement that you answered the one question as a courtesy for free, your answer that you gave "no you have to just wait" was without even listening to me. And all this is not the biggest issue either, the biggest issue was how this man told me to "get out" as he has other clients waiting for him. I'm not even talking about good customer service, he barely had good manners. Which is further evidenced by how he starts his reply to my review of calling me an "ungrateful person" and sanctimoniously saying "thank you for being unreasonable" , instead of bothering to listen what the issue was and trying to rectify it for the future.

I had the opportunity to hire Rena Atari & Associates to represent me in a landlord dispute. Mr Nicholas Pitaro was my attorney. We had an option to mediate and he fl;at out said with trust “I know the laws inside and out in the State of Nevada, I have the facts and we need NOT mediate. Let’s take this to the judge. There was no hesitation and it showed in court. I hope thatI never need an attorney to resolve disputes however, I have ZERO hesitation in Rena Atari & Associates.
