I just called this place several minutes ago. A woman answered "Ortiz" with music blasting so loud she couldn't hear me. She hung up. I called back immediately and got their answering machine but couldn't leave a message. This is very frustrating and an extremely unprofessional way to run a business.
my dad passed away on feb. 11 , 2020. this funeral was really respectful. the woman kindly gave us a extra hour to be with my dad. she did complain for the music we were putting but it was understandable because it was Mexican Banda. but other then everything came out well...
The people who do the makeup on the deceased are very professional and they make the deceased look like they are just sleeping. It's a very natural look.
