Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company. The incompetence, lack of professionalism and total absence of educated customer service made the whole experience an absolute nightmare. The only two things they did OK were to book an appointment and to bill me without ever giving me a quote or sending me an invoice. The AC unit that needed repair was supposedly going to be returned over the weekend don't be fooled, they are closed on weekends and 10 days later the unit was still not in sight, not to mention this was the middle of the summer. After many attempted calls repeatedly answer by rude staff telling me they would call back but never did, I ended up going to the warehouse in person twice to get it sorted. It took them a while to find it scary, when you think it's their job and eventually had someone to come to the apartment. And of course it got worse. The handyman on the premises didn't seem to know his job. As it turned out the next day, the neighbors below us complained there was a leak coming from the ceiling. The pipe has been damaged as he was screwing the unit back together. The company sent a team again and the handyman didn't find anything better than putting a plastic bowl to stop the drain and blame it on a piece of missing rubber. Had he known his job, he would have noticed in the first place if a piece was missing. That's why I paid that company over a thousand dollars for. Eventually the super fixed the problem. RGA/Figlia & Sons has never acknowledged their mistakes and blamed it on the building. I sent out a memo in my building to find out I wasn't the only one who suffered from their terrible business.
Agree with other reviewer--Good at billing you over $200 for a 20 minute initial visit, but no invoice or estimate to actually do the job. I suspect they survive by doing initial calls all day without following up with work.
