Rhett Butler has been my agent in Athens for 12+ years. It is great to have a knowledgeable and experienced agent with a wonderful, friendly and well informed staff. Rhett & his team are great day to day and they are extraordinarily helpful when claims become necessary. Thanks to you all for making my insurance life easy!

Rather bad experience with Mia Cruz--- 5 months after sitting with her and being told everything was ready to go, I was getting notices (sometimes 4 a day) from state farm that said that my policy was canceled/reinstated/paid/not paid. Some papers had been mishandled and there was serious confusion. I also got several fines from the state saying that my policy lapsed despite the fact that it was auto drafting from my bank account. It took 4 months before someone at this location finally handled it. Also, one more thing, Mia told me that there was no discount for me being a loyal customer because my time State Farm didn't count when I was on my dad's policy. Then she emphatically/rudely reiterated that I was not a prior/returning customer, but my dad was. But at least after 4 months I had insurance, right?

Hardly interested in our insurance needs. Rates increasing despite extending policies.
