My virtual visit with Dr. Hauptman was awesome and a huge relief. I had some anxiety going into my appt due to my diagnosis but he was very kind and personable. He spent almost an hour with me reviewing my diagnosis, asking questions, and laying out a treatment plan that I understood clearly. Definitely would recommend.

Dr. Hauptmann is very thorough in explaining everything to you and making sure you understand your condition. His staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent practice. My doctor takes her time and listens to all of your concerns and questions. She is never dismissive of your concerns, she will look into whatever you feel is bothering you. I highly recommend this practice especially Dr. Gujar. I really wish

Dr. Rehman and the Rheumatology group in Towson at are very compassionate and make it their prioritiy to listen to the patient and proactive in trying to discuss. preventative care to guard patients against further illness. My doctor is compassionate and tries to listen to how I feel both emotionally and physically. Thank you!!!

Dr. Serafi is the best! He answered all my questions. My symptoms have improved 90% and i now know what to be mindful of. He's so attentive and thorough!!!

Dr. Sam Serafi was awesome. First time visit to this provider. He was a great listener and gave me lots of helpful information regarding my condition. I had a little problem checking out regarding my insurance coverage, but it was handled eventually. I would recommend this practice and/or Dr. Serafi to others.
