Terrible bank to deal with, you cant even change your address using the portal. I was asked to send a letter, did that and still the address hasn't been updated. Its like dealing with an 18th century bank, terrible.

The customer service at the Cranston Branch is terrible. They act put out over a simple question. I called the Providence Branch and they were extremely helpful.

I have done 2 car loans with this credit union and both with Marilyn Meas. She worked hard for us, very professional, answered all our questions. And when we found a car she did her best to give us a quick closing. She's in the Cranston office. Great employee and thank you for working hard on our behalf.

It's a great local bank. Low fees and nice people Never too busy either.

Worse bank. I thought citizens bank were crooks they are the worst.

Walked in to open an account and sat in the lobby for fifteen minutes without anyone saying a word to me. Two reps, one helping a customer and the other sitting at her computer looking busy. No acknowledgment. SonI am bringing my business somewhere else. Why Sprint partners with this credit union I’ll never understand.
