I found the entire staff very pleasant to deal with. I didn't wait more than 20min.
You will be waiting forever. When I asked the nurse have 2 hours of waiting they simply said that they don’t treat patients on appointment times instead it’s about who ever get here first. So what’s the point of making an appointment in the first place?
Dr Pontarelli is exceptional but be prepared to wait 30-60 mins to see him. Worth it.
