Thrilled from first visit. We have had 3 sessions so far and highly recommend. She has a great personality. Fun yet professional. Great in session activities. Honest yet realistic. So far we are very happy.

Horrible experience! She talked about herself all the time., we knew more about her than she knew about us. Clearly has issues she used our sessions for. To boot favored my husband. She told him she wanted to,work,with him alone on,his quitting smoking. A little out there and unprofessional ...YES! Complained to the owner TRACY WOODARD who,never returned my call..mmm a bit embarrassed maybe?? I highly do not recomnend them AT ALL. Will screw you up...RUN

If I could give this business negative stars I would! My wife and I met with a woman named Missy. She was beyond unprofessional. The office smells of cat urine and is very uninviting. The entire session the woman went on and on about herself and previous patients. She referred us to tons of literature to read. She even tried to say my race was the reason for some of the problems within my marriage! We decided not to return. About two months later, I receive an EOB from my insurance company, she had billed our insurance for a date of service that we were not even there! Seek help elsewhere!!!

I am the Director/Owner of RI Marriage & Family...please bare with me... I realize that I am posting a 5 star review for my own business, but I am trying to assuage the understanding that we do not have full-time office staff and that calls do not get returned. With the exception of a few months when our full-time office manager was on medical leave, we have phone coverage between 8:30am to 4pm Monday through Friday and DO OUR ABSOLUTE BEST to return calls promptly upon receipt! Therefore, when I saw these negative reviews, I immediately checked into their validity and with the exception of one that we can't verify, these are not names of people who have actually come to or called our facility. There are other businesses in Warwick with similar names and addresses, however, and it is possible that they were confused. I am hoping to get actual clients to write reviews (whether positive or negative), so that we can actually get a realistic rating up here. In the meantime, please understand that in my honest opinion, I do not believe this rating is accurate. Thank you for your time!

I called multiple times and never got an answer. I then left messages twice a week for three weeks straight and never received a response. A letter was sent requesting contact, none was received. Update: With all due respect to Ms. Woodward's 5 star review of her own business, the above review is not a case of mistaken identity, this is for RI Marriage & Family Therapy at 500 Jefferson Blvd in Warwick, it's in a small, gray cape. It's your business. The fact that you have no records of myself and other people calling is exactly the problem we're complaining about. Multiple people having the same issue (phone calls not returned) is not a mistake, it's a pattern of behavior which continues based on the reviews that keep coming in.
