First time trying yesterday..going.back today lol. I really enjoyed it..food was fresh. Service was great. I was on lunch so I took it to go but the results was. .... I ate it all lolFood: 5/5

I feel like it's getting harder and harder to find good barbecue at an affordable price in the area. Rib City delivers! Everything I have ever ordered here has been great, but their smoked beef is my favorite. Always smoky and flavorful, perfectly sliced and trimmed, with no extra fat. Just check out that smoke ring in the smoked beef salad... Chef's kiss!

Great bbq food. Our whole family enjoyed the ribs, chicken and pulled pork. Fresh crispy fries, huge garlic toast, creamy mac n cheese. Corn on the cob was hard & dry but no biggy. Our waiter was friendly, front host not so much but its OK. Pretty packed on a Saturday night, entire staff was super busy. Thanks for serving us, would love to come back again! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has optional bbq or non bbq dishes.

This is an awesome spot! Had dinner here with the family and they aren't lying that they have the best ribs ever. Plenty of seating. Friendly service. Delicious sides and amazing desserts. Give then a try! You won't regret it.

I would like to share my honest feedback about my recent experiences with this restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for the past couple of years, often indulging in their BBQ ribs and other dishes, which have generally met my expectations. However, I have noticed a decline in the taste and overall quality of certain items lately. My most recent encounter with the restaurant was on July 4, 2024. I placed an order through UberEats, despite knowing that it was a holiday with potentially high demand. Unfortunately, the level of service I received was far from acceptable. To begin with, my order was riddled with issues. There were several missing items and incorrect side dishes in both of the large orders I had placed. Moreover, despite spending over a hundred dollars, I was only provided with a single sauce cup for the ribs, which seemed insufficient. It was apparent that the food had been rushed, leading to dry ribs and an overall disorganized experience. To make matters worse, I had to pay for two separate deliveries because my complete order wasn't delivered the first time. Regrettably, this isn't the first time my orders have been incorrect. Over the past few purchases, there have been several instances of mistakes that I have not previously mentioned. Despite enjoying positive experiences for the first two years, I am now considering finding another BBQ place due to the declining service and quality.

I ordered through UberEats. Food arrived within a good time frame. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The “smoked Turkey” taste like salty lunch meat. Maybe the other meats would be better. But the sides… house made Mac and cheese taste like it came from a box, and the green beans tasted as though they came out of a can. Garlic bread was good. I couldn’t even finish my dinner

Been driving past this place for years and finally went in with my wife to try it out, my only regret was not coming sooner. My wife got the brisket dinner which the brisket was tender and cooked very well. I got the riblet dinner and that too was tender and juicy, sides as well were very good definitely worth stopping by and trying it out.

One of the best BBQ eateries in Tidewater. If you have eaten at the historic BBQ's of the past, Simps in Hertford, Cowlings in Waverly or the route 60 Pierce's in Williamsburg, this is comparable to the mild vinegars off those pit cooked epicurean eateries. Friendly staff, great food.

Came in on a Friday night with my wife, daughter, and her boyfriend and were seated promptly, we were waited on by Sabina and she was absolutely excellent keeping our drinks filled and taking our orders, very friendly...I ordered the Rib Combo with corn and baked potato, my wife got baby back ribs, my daughter a chicken sandwich and her boyfriend a cheeseburger and all said it was good...my ribs were excellent! Check em out, really good!

Princess Anne Location DO NOT GET the brisket. That has to be the worst thing ever! It was like leather or rubber. So tough you needed a steak knife to cut it. Also, the brisket was completely dried out. All that smokey meaty smell is just a smell. All they did was leave it on the smoker to get a smoke ring. Safer bet is the pulled pork. The sides were alright tasting. The service was great. What a shame the food is not great.
