Love the guys at Ribbit! They took exceptional care of my daughters lap top. Recovered her data when we weren’t sure it was recoverable! Made for one happy teenager and her Mom!

We have purchased multiple computers from the West location. The staff has always been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel I have received exceptional service.

I’ve been buying all of my computers from here for 5 years now and have never been disappointed by the prices or service. They’ve done great with my warranty and service work I’ve needed too.

I looked all over this city, as I have many times for different specials on several items computer related. I looked at best buy, walmart, office Depot as well as several other businesses that I thought would have what I needed. After a complete waste of time, gasoline & effort I got nothing. I then put s call to Ribbit Computers, It took all of about 1 minute for the rep to answer my question. I Simplely asked if he stocked a component I was looking for, his answer was quick, to the point "yes we do". From now on Ribbit Computers will be my first and only stop for what I need in Pc's and related components or product's thank you Ribbit for being there.

I had originally posted a one star review, but am changing it now as I am very satisfied with how my problem was resolved. I purchased a refurbished laptop from Ribbit, and unfortunately the first computer that I received was in bad shape- scratches on the top, and a broken webcam. As soon as I posted my bad experience online though, Alex called me and asked me to come into the store to make it right. He took the bad laptop and exchanged it with no questions or hassle, for a unit in much much better shape. I am pleased with the new computer I have for the price I paid, and am very pleased with the level of customer service that Alex offers in his store. No place is perfect, but at least at Ribbit if they do mess up, they will admit to it and make it right!
