Story

Our firm represents individuals and businesses in certain areas of the practice of law. Our senior partner has over 37 years of legal experience in both state and federal courts. We are located in Indianapolis, Indiana near the Indianapolis International Airport. While we are located in Indianapolis, we practice regularly in courts throughout the state. Mr. Mann is a Certified Family Law Specialist as certified by the Family Law Certification Board, a Guardian Ad Litem, Family Law Arbitrator, Parenting Coordinator and Family Law Mediator. He is also trained in the collaborative practice of law. Mr. Mann is a frequent speaker at bar association and court sponsored seminars on the law regarding child support, evidence and law office management in Indiana. Lisa Joachim, Jennifer Aldridge, Todd Small, Megan Gehring and Alexandra Miller are trained and serve as Guardian Ad Litems. Lisa Joachim and Megan Gehring are also Registered Family Law Mediators and Parenting Coordinators. Jennifer Aldridge is a trained Parenting Coordinator. Alexandra Miller is an attorney who is focusing on family law. In addition to individuals, our firm represents small and medium companies. Our firm is also a provider under the Hyatt Legal Plan.

Mission

Choosing an attorney is an important decision which should not be made lightly. You should ask your prospective attorney about the experience in the area of law for which you seek aid. For the aforementioned reason, we do not handle all matters. If we do not handle matters, we will recommend you either to an attorney we know who does handle such matters or to the bar association which maintains a referral service.
