RE/MAX destiny is the best real estate company hands down. The office is led by exceptional leaders: Jim Burton, Juan Murray, Paulina Alves, who always have your back. They are always there for you with great support and ready to answer all your questions and concerns. Other agents are also very supportive too. It is a genuine team atmosphere. The training is awesome where you are learning from the best. I highly recommend RE/MAX destiny for all your real estate needs or for a career.

This is my first ever writing a negative review online, but I believe it is well deserved. Sarah Martin has been repeatedly and extremely unprofessional, impolite, and unethical with her dealings with my family and myself, despite being given a number of "second" chances. I terminated business dealings with her last year as our Realtor, and even complained to her bosses at RE/Mas Destiny Cambridge. Sarah Martin recently contacted me again offering help find new tenants and to renew leases. I was open to start a new page with her since she was familiar with the property, but I realize I made a " huge mistake", again. I should have known better after all the rude and arrogant exchanges she had with me last year. I agreed to "discuss" her finding new tenants for an apartment that would be coming available in a few months. What she did is to list the apartment without discussing rent, fees, available date, etc. on multiple realty websites. When I asked her about it, she lied and said that it is automatically generated by the computer systems. She then immediately changed her story, and said that she did so to get the apartment exposure and have a better change to rent it. I neither authorized, implicitly or explicitly for her to list the property at this time nor did I want her decide on the details without discussing and getting approval from me. Do not work with her, rent or buy from this lady. All she will do is tell you how wonderful she is and then work behind your back to her sole benefit.

I have had the privilege of attending training over the last 11 weeks or so facilitated by Juan Murray, Broker/Manager of REMAX Destiny in Cambridge MA. Juan has been steadfast in his willingness to help others and has been a very knowledgeable trainer, facilitator and now friend. I have grown under Juan's mentorship and look forward to more exciting courses in the future. Bravo Juan! - you are a true asset! I am sure that Jim Burton - the new owner of REMAX Destiny - is served well by having such high quality talent in his organization. :

His friendly professionalism was so memorable, four years later, I wouldn't work with anyone else. He had our trust. And boy did he kill it for us. He knew the exact selling psychology that would get us the highest price and it worked out beyond our expectations. He always went above and beyond to make sure the paperwork and inspections went smoothly. He always took the time to walk me through the details. His approach is polished and thoughtful. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend him so highly and hope to use him again in the future!
