Absolutely wonderful doctor! I went to Dr. Mueller for a varicose vein on my leg. Together, we decided that a phlebectomy was my best treatment option, and Dr. Mueller performed the procedure in the office. I have never experienced such personal and thorough care from a healthcare provider in the city. Dr. Mueller REALLY cares about making sure patients are informed - I felt like I was able to make educated decisions about my care and recovery thanks to the extra time he spent explaining my options and the pros and cons behind them. Communication with him and the office staff was so easy, and everyone made me feel supported throughout the procedure and during recovery at home. My results are perfect, and I feel so much more confident and comfortable now that I don't have the painful and unsightly vein on my leg. I will definitely be returning for any future cardiovascular needs.

I have been a patient of Dr mueller's for over 10 years. He has been amazing with diagnosing and treating my heart issues and leg varacois vein problems. His knowledge is extremely vast and thorough. He and his staff have saved my life more than once because he recognised signs that needed to be urgently addressed. He listens and takes time to hear your concerns. Dr. Richard Mueller has been my cardiologist for approximately 3 years. He identified issues with my heart and health that I never knew about before. He has carefully monitored my heart issues, and he has directed me to all the additional specialists that I need. He is not only an outstanding doctor, and extremely thorough, he is an excellent person that takes the time to discuss every issue regarding my health. Dr Richard Mueller is a cardiologist par excellence. His reputation is second to none in New York City. I have been his patient for 10+ years and continue to be fortunate to be under his care. He is very in depth, asks a lot of questions and is truly concerned about your health and well being. When you are in his office he makes you feel like you are his only patient. He has helped me from abroad. Most recently, I had some surgery and was cleared by him. The chief of anesthesia at the hospital was so impressed with the package he sent along: EKG, Ecocardiagram, Stress Echo, heart monitor for 72 hours and Cartoroid Doppler. The chief of anesthesia told me that he wishes all doctors would be as thorough and in-depth as Dr Mueller. I agreed with him and said that Dr Mueller sets the bar very high for himself. And, yes, he is a tough act for a lot of doctors to follow because he is the BEST! Dr Mueller is a doctor’s doctor. If you need a cardiologist, I recommend that you run to go see him. A wonderful doctor who makes himself available at all times. I had a recent cardiac incident overseas and he was there for me. Very thorough in his testing and follow up. I highly recommend him. If all doctors were as responsive, analytical and kind the medical profession would be far better for it. Just read most of the other reviews to confirm my words.

Dr. Mueller is truly a gentleman and a scholar. He spent 2.5 hours with me, discussing treatment for my medical problem. He is learned, approachable, and I can tell, genuinely concerned with the well-being of his patients. You are annoyed because you waited for a while to see the doctor? This is what sometimes happens when you go to the best; the person is busy and situations arise that slow the process. I would recommend Dr. Mueller to anyone and everyone.

My experiences with Dr. Richard Mueller have been outstanding. I highly recommend him. Iv'e beem his patient for over 5 years. He personally reviews all tests and provides recommendations for me to be my best HEALTHY SELF. He is my favorite doctor. He is knowledgable, thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. He has advocated on my behalf several times when the insurance company denied approval for my tests. I like that many heart tests can be done at his office. Medical assistant Nyemia is professional, kind, trustworthy and extremely helpful. She always arrives at the office early by 7:30 and sits at the front desk with a welcoming smile. In the past when I didn't understand a procedure she took extra time to explain procedure to me.

Dr Mueller has been my husband’s cardiologist for +/- 30 years. He discovered a life threatening abnormality right in the beginning and has been outstanding in preventing complications all these years. And he is always available when u need him. He’s a gem.

best doctor i have ever seen. not related to the doctor, lol. he is incredibly well trained and the most highly credentialed doctor i have ever met - 6 board certifications !! he truly cares about all his patients and actually listens to my concerns. he analyzes my history, explains everything in terms i can understand, then lays out all tests and treatment options. i have seen him go an extra 1000 miles for numerous other patients. he is kind, friendly, and good sense of humor. does all testing in the office which is super convenient. affiliated with the best specialists in other fields and the best hospitals. always responsive, always gets me an appointment asap, never makes me wait weeks for an appointment, etc. he also treated my leg veins and did an amazing job. couldn't think of going elsewhere; have referred all my friends and family who are also very happy. dr. mack and all the staff are also great !
