Dr Porkorny did my surgery back in May! He had a great bed side manner and seem to really care about me. He is an excellent surgeon.I would recommend him to anyone that needs surgery. The office staff seem to be caring also.
Dr. Pokorny has performed several procedures with my family. 2 bowel resections and 2 gall bladder removals and 1 colonoscopy, He actually saved my wife's life when she had a perforated bowel. His skill level and diagnosis are the best.His staff and aides are friendly and professional. His beside manner and explanations of the procedures and results are assuring. A doctor's choice referral and patient's best pick.
Dr. Pokorny was the most competent and helpful individual in an entire medical system that's turned cold and sterile. While most everyone else dodged questions or just supplied useless answers, Pokorny was thorough and honest and actually took time to discuss my personal healthcare. Truly a breath of fresh air. A wealth of knowledge, good intentions, and genuine empathy in a system often lacking all 3. I am not related or affiliated with Dr. Pokorny, I just came away feeling like i experienced what a medical professional should act like, and hope others get the same level of treatment I did when they fall on tough times.
One of the best doctors/surgeons hands down. I would recommend him to anybody looking for care.
He has been absolutely wonder for my husband!
