Very professional, great programs to get you back on track. Everyone I met or spoke with were helpful. They answered every question I had, the entire staff makes you feel as if they want to help you. They walk you through the whole process, if you have a question they are more then willing to help put you at ease. West law office was very knowledgeable and experienced. They answered all questions promptly and in ways we could understand. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with and they seem to understand that it is kind of embarrassing for some people but they do not judge you or look down on you. I already have recommended them to others.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and knee what they were doing. They took care of everything for us. All we had to do was give them the required information, sign the paperwork and show up and answer some questions. I could tell that even the court officials worked well with them.
