Over a year later and we are still waiting for this company to fix the issue. They don’t update us, the lady that answers phones and email told my husband she was elderly and forgets, a member of their team left the panel off now 3 months and said he has never seen anything like this a repeated warped panel We are tired. We paid in full the day we bought this hot tub. Though this is cosmetic now, hurricane season is around the corner and our tub is compromised. We want the service your company is advertising…. 5 star ratings. One year is too long. Fix this now.

Bob is a straight up fair guy. Knows pools, too.
